Attract LCR Honda Moto2 Champion 2011. LCR Honda has a new driver for the 2012 racing season. He is Stefan Bradl, Moto2 world championship this year.

Reporting from the official website of the MotoGP, Honda LCR has confirmed recruit Bradl with a two-year contract.

The German has conducted trials in Valencia after the series ended and a successful final MotoGP team manager Lucio Cecchinello impressed with his performance while riding the RC212V.

"Together we have considered some of the Honda riders and Stefan one of them. After the test at Valencia we were very impressed with the potential and determination," said Cecchinello.

"Stefan is young and fast and he had just won the title Moto2 so we believe we can grow together with the team in the next two years. He was already familiar with engineering staff and today I give our warmest welcome in the LCR team!"

Bradl started his professional career in 2005 with a plunge in the 125cc class for five years before ascending to the Moto2 class. In its first year, 21-year-old boy was just finishing in the top nine, but after that his performance skyrocketed and went on to become champions in this year with the team Viessmann Kiefer.

To compete in the 2012 season, Bradl will appear with the RC213V motor.

"This is really fantastic, like a dream come true!," Bradl excited after recruits LCR Honda.

"When I tested the RC212V at Valencia I was aware of the LCR team is very professional and very well organized so I'm sure they'll do their best to support me."
