Tips For You to Exercise in the Morning


Build More Morning
If you took time to practice before leaving office, school, or doing any other activity, then make

sure you get up early enough to prepare. You certainly do not want to hurry before going to the gym or exercise in a hurry because you're afraid to be late. It can actually make you high risk for injury.

Simply sleep
Your exercise performance will be much better if you have enough rest and sleep soundly at night before practice. Drowsiness will degrade the performance and results of your workout in the morning. A study published in Medicine & Science in Sports & Exercise found no significant effect of sleep on athletic performance. Research suggests that disruptions in sleep that makes sleep soundly can not reduce a person's athletic performance. So, if you have a morning workout schedule, make sure you get enough sleep and qualified in the evening to optimize your workout.



Do not Forget Breakfast
Your body needs food intake to practice. Make sure you eat breakfast with a menu of healthy and nutrient dense, which will supply your body with enough energy to exercise optimally. Your blood sugar is in a low level in the morning, which can cause you dizzy and tired quickly if you do weight training without breakfast first. Therefore, you must eat something, especially karbohdirat complex and contains proteins, one hour before practice to optimize your blood sugar levels.


Drinking water
It's important for you to be well hydrated during practice. Dehydration can cause muscle cramps and lower heart rate due to low blood volume. When you wake up, your body is in a state of dehydration after about 8 hours did not receive water intake at all. So start your day by drinking 1 or 2 glasses of water, to prepare your body for practice.



Create an Exercise Plan With Good
Try to arrange all the details of your training on the previous night. Decide whether you are going to practice tomorrow or do you still need time to recuperate after a workout session earlier. Create also a good exercise plan, such as what exercises you will do tomorrow. It will make you feel more ready to practice.
